At Wrapuccino, we strive for the highest level of service and want to be absolutely sure you are happy with your purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Wrapuccino fabric, however, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Well... not exactly no questions, as we would love to learn how to do better in the future, but you don’t have to answer if you don’t want to, we promise not to tie you down and interrogate you.
In the most unfortunate event of your wrap losing colour (after it had been washed according to the recommendations on the original label) or getting damaged during regular use, with mechanical damage from external sources, please send us the damaged wrap back, and we'll replace it with a brand-new one absolutely free of charge within a year of your purchase.
Yup, we're pretty confident in our Wrapuccinos, they were made with love to be enjoyed for years, so if you did get a bad egg, it's only fair you get compensated.

Wholesale returns policy:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery, stating your order number and reason for return. Please then return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping costs. We will process your refund within 2 weeks of receiving the delivery
